Robert Black was born born to a single mother in Falkirk, near Edinburgh, in 1947.

Black was put into a 'notorious' Barnardo’s children's home, before being sent to a foster home.



When he was aged 12, Black was accused of trying to rape a young girl.



Black was sent to the boys-only Red House care home, near Edinburgh, where he was abused by a staff member.



In 1963, after leaving the care home at the age of 16, Black molested a seven-year-old girl, choking her nearly to death.



Black admitted to molesting more than 40 young girls over three years.



Black was sent to a Borstal in 1967.



The police in Scotland managed to lose the early records of Robert Black's sex offences.

Belgian Marc Dutroux, who reportedly was helped by the police when he kidnapped children for top people.



Nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy was murdered in 1981.



Robert Black was a suspect in the original investigation.



But, the police found no reason to arrest him.

On 27 October 2011, Robert Black, a delivery driver, was found guilty of murdering nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy back in 1981.



In the 1990s, Robert Black was found guilty of the murders, during the 1980s, of 11-year-old Susan Maxwell, Caroline Hogg, five, and Sarah Harper, ten.



Black been linked with another 13 child murders in Britain, France, Amsterdam and Ireland.

Detectives in France are examining links between Black and the killings of four schoolgirls kidnapped near Paris in 1987, and a seven-year-old in Amsterdam in 1986.

Another notorious child killer is Ian Brady.

Arthur Thompson was an associate of the Kray twins.



The Kray twins reportedly ran a pedophile ring for top people.

Ian Brady's child killings took place in the North of England, near Manchester.



But, Ian Brady "implies he may have ... buried bodies at the Campsie Fells near Glasgow.



Brady was in the Glasgow but moved to Manchester to live with his birth mother at 16 "after a string of petty crimes, including burglaries."



In his letters, Ian Brady "drops in the names of the Kray twins, Ronnie and Reggie, who terrorised London’s east end in the 1950s and 60s."



Moira Anderson



11-year-old Moira Anderson was last seen boarding a bus in Coatbridge, near Glasgow, Scotland, in 1957.



She was on her way to the shops to buy a box of chocolates for her mum’s birthday.



According to The Sunday Times (Pressure on police to release paedophile dossier), 23 April 2006, Strathclyde Police have a dossier listing members of a child-abuse ring.



This dossier may identify the people who kidnapped Moira.



The dossier is said to implicate senior public figures, including senior police officers and members of the Crown Office and former Scottish Office.



These public figures are said to have abused children in Strathclyde (the Glasgow area) during the 1950s and 1960s.



The dossier is said to list vehicles and safe houses used in Glasgow, Monklands and Paisley where children were hidden before being taken to sex parties.



Strathclyde police have decided not to release the dossier.



The dossier was written by James Gallogley, a convicted child-abuser who died in Peterhead prison in 1999.

Dani was born in 1998, in Las Vegas, to Michelle Crockett.



Michelle has military connections.



Michelle's husband was a veteran of the Vietnam war and died in 1997.



He died as a result of exposure to the Pentagon's 'Agent Orange'.



Michelle has an IQ score of 77, much below average.



Michelle doesn't know the name of the Dani's father.

Michelle moved to Plant City, Florida, where she was 'frequently seen with strange men in casinos'.

Michelle lived in a rented house with two adult sons, one of them mentally retarded, and a boyfriend.



As early as 2002, someone called the child abuse hotline about a child "left unattended for days with a retarded older brother, never seen wearing anything but a diaper."



The authorities, as usual, decided not to rescue the child.

In 2005, when Dani was nearly 7, "a neighbor saw Dani's pale, wan face appear in the window - and then quickly vanish."
