On the night of 22 August Saif, or his double, appeared at the Rixos hotel entrance, where foreign journalists were staying.



On 20 October 2011, it was widely reported that Saif al Islam Gaddafi had been captured or killed by NTC forces during the concluding stages of the Battle of Sirte.



On 22 October, it was reported that Saif al-Islam had been captured near Bani Walid.



On 26 October, it was reported that Saif al-Islam was in Niger, and had been seen north of Arlit in Niger.



On 19 November 2011, it was reported that Saif, or his double, had been arrested.

In 2006 Saif Gaddafi was romantically linked to the actress Orly Weinerman.



In 2009, a party in Montenegro for his 37th birthday included well-known guests such as Oleg Deripaska, Peter Munk (Barrick Gold) and Prince Albert of Monaco.



Saif Gaddafi has been hosted at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle by the British royal family.



In 2009, he spent a weekend at Waddesdon Manor, home of financier Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, where he was the guest of Lord Mandelson and Nathaniel Philip Rothschild.



He later stayed at the Rothschild holiday home in Corfu.

Reuters asked 'Saif' about reports in October 2011 that he had been in indirect contact with ICC officials.

'Saif' said: "It's all lies.

The ICC chief prosecutor said in October 2011 that he had received, through intermediaries, inquiries from Saif al-Islam about the treatment he might receive if he surrendered to the court at The Hague.

There is a belief that it was the CIA and Britain's MI6 who put Gaddafi into power in 1969.

A secret 1960 US National Security Council Report explained: "There is little loyalty to him (British puppet King Idris) among the younger urban elements who do not have significant political power now, but who will have such power in the future."

The US and UK needed a replacement for King Idris and apparently chose Gaddafi.

In 1965, Britain's Colonel Ted Lough reportedly made a series of reports on Gadaffi for British intelligence.

In 1966, Gaddafi spent four months in Britain, training with the British military.

In 1969, Gaddafi carried out a peaceful coup, apparently with the blessing of the USA and UK.

Gaddafi turned Libya from being the poorest country in the world into being the most prosperous country in Africa.

But, he did not always cooperate with his CIA backers.

Reportedly, after Preziosi had a relationship with a women of the tribe, Muammar Gaddafi was born on 19 June 1942.

The French airbase used for recent operations against Libya is officially called BA-126 Captain Preziosi. Located in Upper Corsica, it is named after Captain Albert Preziosi.

A CIA double?

Abdullah Naker and Abdel Hakim Belhadj are rival military commanders in Tripoli.

"Naker's men say Belhadj did not fight on the front lines during the war...

"Naker claims he has up to 20,000 fighters and rejects a role for Belhadj in the new government."

British economic journalists David Blundy and Andrew Lycett observed the following about LIBYA under Gaddafi:

SHADOWY FIGURES IN LIBYA

British spy boss John Buchan wrote the spy novel Greenmantle in 1916.

In Greenmantle a shadowy Moslem figure threatens to spark an Islamic jihad against Britain.

The Sanusi is a Moslem group in the Benghazi area of Libya.

It has at times worked with the British.

It is said to be the inspiration for Greenmantle

The Sanusi was founded in Mecca in 1837 by someone called the Grand Sanusi.

The Sanusi fought the Italian colonisation of Libya, beginning in 1911.

The Italians bombed Libyan civilians and set up concentration camps. A large part of the population died.

During World War I, Britain was on the side of Italy, the country that ruled Libya, with excessive cruelty.

During World War I, the Sanusi fought against Italy and Britain, and were easily defeated.

Making Modern Libya: The King and Anderson

After World War I, Britain and its allies ensured that Libya remained under the control of the hated Italians.

In 1922, Mussolini came to power in Italy.

Idris, the leader of the Sanusi moved to Egypt, ruled by the British.

Within the Benghazi area of Libya, the Sanusi's Omar al-Mukhtar led the resistance to Italy (See 1981 film, Lion of the Desert, starring Anthony Quinn.)

During World War II, Italy was Britain's enemy and Idris and the Sanusi became tools of the British.

Spooky evangelical Anderson

A spooky British evangelical Christian called J N D Anderson got Idris, and other Libyan tribal chiefs, to organise a secret guerrilla unit known as the Libyan Arab Force (LAF).

Making Modern Libya: The King and Anderson

The idea was for Anderson to use Idris to ensure British control of Libya, just as Lawrence of Arabia had used Faisal to ensure British control of parts of the Middle East.

The Libyans in the area around Tripoli were not keen on Idris.

However, in 1951, the British ensured that Idris, the British puppet, became King of Libya.

Under Idris, Libya was the poorest country in the world.

In 1969, Gaddafi came to power, allegedly backed by the CIA.

According to Associated press, on 14 November 2011, fighting continues in Libya.

Rival Libyan forces clash near military base

Rival forces have clashed on the outskirts of Tripoli for four days in a row.

The fighting has killed at least 13 people.

Libya's government has brought together elders from the feuding areas, the coastal city of Zawiya and the nearby tribal lands of Warshefana, but the fighting continues.

"Heavy gunfire and explosions of rocket-propelled grenades were heard over hours Sunday in the area between the Warshefana lands, about 18 miles (30 kilometers) west of Tripoli, and Zawiya, another 10 miles (15 kilometers) to the west. White smoke rose into the air."

The two sides have been battling for control of a major military camp on a main road between Tripoli and Zawiya.

The Warshefana have links to Gaddafi.

Since the 20 October 2011 death of Gadhafi, there have been a number of violent clashes between fighters, including a deadly shootout at a Tripoli hospital.


According to the Algerian newspaper Nahar (http://libyasos.blogspot.com/):

In the city of Zawiyah, there have been violent clashes between the NTC forces and fighters loyal to Gaddafi over control of the city and the ammunition store in a military area known as Camp 27.

Green supporters have freed 300 prisoners loyal to Gaddafi, including a colonel in Libyan intelligence. (LATEST ON UPRISING BY GREEN RESISTANCE.)

In Tripoli, green patriots have struck in many areas.

Clashes occured in the following areas: Abu Salim, Bab Al Zyzia, Tajoura, Touristic area, Zenata, Ain Zara, Wadi Spring, Ghoti Chael, near the University of Law, Nasser, Djerba, Souk Jomo, Next to Khadra Hospital, Salah etc.

There was a heavy fire in Salah Al Din area, Sabaa ...

Explosions were heard in some parts of the Tripoli, such as Darha area, Friday market area...

There were reports of NATO helicopters attacking green resistance, which means that NATO lied when they said they finished the operations in Libya.

Some reports say that 3 Qatari helicopters were shot down by green resistance.

It is estimated by Russian sources that there are around 7,000 Qatari fighters in Libya.

At Sirte, the Green resistance was able to kill the battalion commander of the rebels and kill members of a French Task Force.

A witness from Zawiya reported that the residents were cruising around the town, singing patriotic songs and waving green flags.

There are pro-Gaddafi demonstrations in Bani Walid, and people waving green flags.

Heavy fighting in Zawya city and 30 new tanks with green flags are advancing.

Al-Harati was given money by American spooks.

The Sunday World Front Page News concerns a gang of Irish gypsies who reportedly stole €200,000 in cash from the Dublin home of a top anti-Gaddafi leader.

The gypsies reportedly robbed the house in Dublin on 6 October 2011.

The house belongs to Mahdi al-Harati, a Libyan who was one of the top leaders of the revolt against Gaddafi.

Mahdi al-Harati told the police he had travelled to France, the United States and Qatar the previous month.

He told the police that spooks from an American intelligence agency had given him a large sum of money to help in the efforts to defeat Gaddafi.

He said he left two envelopes with his wife in case he was killed and took the rest of the cash with him when he went back to Libya.

Al-Harati led the main rebel advance that captured Tripoli on 21 August 2011.

He was appointed deputy leader of Tripoli's military council.

Nick Meo reports on how, in Tripoli, the forces of the new government kidnapped Abdul Mojan, stole his money, and stole the office block that he managed.

Many of Tripoli's residents have had similar experiences, writes Nick Meo.

The forces of the new government have been stealing cars, fridges and TV sets.

The government's gangs have been fighting each other.

"There have been three big fights in the capital alone in the past week; shoot-outs at a hospital, Martyr's Square, and the military airport, which have left several dead and dozens wounded."

The new government has been "rounding up hundreds of suspected Gaddafi supporters in a wide-scale witch-hunt, often on the basis of little more than rumour and accusation."

Luis Moreno-Ocampo is chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

Ocampo has said that Saif al-Islam, Gaddafi's son, has been holding "informal", indirect conversations with the court where he faces charges of crimes against humanity.

The man in the videos is Ali Majid Al Andalus.

According to reports reaching us, the person presented as Gaddafi, in the recent 'capture' videos, has been identified as Ali Majid Al Andalus.

Ali Majid Al Andalus was an inhabitant of Sirte and was famous for his resemblance to Gaddafi.

The man in the photo with the bullet hole in the head was not Muammar al Gaddafi, but his double.

The psychopathic criminals ... used this innocent man solely for their psychological operation by having him lynched by armed thugs of the TNC before the cameras.

This served several purposes including tarnishing the image of Gaddafi on the one hand and smearing Islam on the other.

The reason that Jalil, Libya's new leader, was quick to declare Sharia in Libya is to make Moslems look bad.

In reality it is these 'druggie types' hired by the secret services of NATO countries, who have nothing to do with Islam, who committed these crimes.

This is a war against Islam.
