Freescale has just announced its latest 7-inch smartbook.Freescale 7-inch Smartbook measures 200mm x 128mm x 149mm and weighs about 376 grams.Freescale 7-inch Smartbook is powered by a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 i.MX515 processor and supports a 7-inch 1024 x 600 touchscreen display, a 512MB RAM, 4GB to 64GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot, a 3-megapixel webcam, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, an optional 3G, SIM card support, a USB port.This Freescale 7-inch Smartbook provides up to four times the viewing area of smartphone.Freescale 7-inch Smartbook boasts Freescale-designed ARM Cortex-A8-based i.MX515 processor.Freescale 7-inch Smartbook has a 1900 mAh battery and runs on both Android and Linux operating systems.Freescale 7-inch Smartbook will be available soon at a price of US $200.
